•  “02” Control w/separate levers for seat and back tilt (Specify model with “02” option, ie 7202D)
•  Ergonomic adjustable armrests with polyurethane arm pads. Available only on tilt models. Must be specified with chair order. May not be added later.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: ESD chairs can ship via UPS or FedEx. The order ships collect or prepay and add to the invoice. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charge. Please inspect all shipments within (3) three business days of receiving. Freight claims can only be filed within that time. This ESD chair weighs about 55 lbs.
