SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: ESD chairs can ship via UPS or FedEx. The order ships collect or prepay and add to the invoice. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charge. Please inspect all shipments within (3) three business days of receiving. Freight claims can only be filed within that time. This ESD chair weighs about 55 lbs.

There are two sizes of lab chair. You have the option of choosing a lab chair that ranges from 15.5”-21” in height or 21.5”-31.5” in height.

Is There A Back Tilt On This Lab Chair
You have the option of choosing a non-tilt lab chair or a lab chair with a back tilt and articulating seat.

How Much Back Support Does This Lab Chair Provide
The backrest on the lab chair is shaped to provide full lumbar support, and it comes with a heavy-duty polypropylene back shell that protects the upholstery from wear.

Does This Lab Chair Have A Footrest
There’s an adjustable 20” chrome, flat foot-ring on the lab chair. The footrest provides extra support and comfort for elevated positions.

Does This Lab Chair Have Wheels
Instead of wheels, the lab chair has mushroom glides. These are dome-shaped (mushroom-cap-shaped) feet that are attached to the bottom of each of the 5 legs on the chair. With the glides, you can’t roll, but the curved, polished surfaces of the glides make it easy to slide or pivot the chair with a slight push.

Is It Easy To Clean This Lab Chair
The lab chair has sealed, wipeable surfaces, and it also has an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial vinyl option (ASTM G21, AATCC TM147).
