Cleanroom gowning benches with shoe storage are used when dedicated shoes are required in the cleanroom. The sturdy gowning benches are strong and attractive. Manufactured from 16 gauge stainless steel. These features provide extra strength for employee safety when donning shoe covers in the cleanroom gowning room.  Gowning benches with a weight capacity of 900 pounds, can also be floor mounted to prevent accidental movement.  The number of compartments depends on the length of the gowning bench. Each compartment size is 5 3/4 inches wide x 6 inches high. 

Gowning benches are compatible with ISO 8 Class 100,000 to ISO 5 Class 100 cleanroom gowning rooms, allowing ISO standards to be met. The benches are manufactured using 16 gauge, 304, #4 finish, stainless steel. The gowning bench has a solid stainless steel top with welded corners that are ground smooth. Benches have adjustable steel leg leveling glides with an adjustment of + / - one inch. 

The attractive gowning benches have smooth edges and corners which allow the bench to be easily wiped down.  The type 304 stainless steel aids in the resistance to corrosion when disinfectant chemicals are used. Often the bench will be used as a “swing over bench” to transition from the dirty to the clean side of the gowning room, before entering the cleanroom.

Shipping Instructions: All sizes of shoe storage gowning benches require shipment on a pallet by a common carrier truck.  Gowning bench weights: 36" = 115 lbs,  48" = 130 lbs, 60"= 180 lbs, 72" = 195 lbs, 84" = 212 lbs, 96" = 235 lbs.  The order can ship collect or prepay and add to the invoice.  If shipping collect, add freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charge.
