Description Concentric Ring Probe - Includes Stainless Steel Plate - Insulative Plate - and Conductive Carrying Case - TT-880.SET The 7220.880.SET concentric ring probe is used with a surface resistance meter to take volume resistance, point-to-point resistance, surface resistance and resistance-to-ground measurements. The Concentric Ring Probe (Ref: ANSI/ESD STM11.12) can measure the volume resistance of planar materials using a flat conductive metal plate (included). The Concentric Ring Probe may be used for the resistance measurements of ESD packaging including static shielding and other bags.
