The 7220.880.SET concentric ring probe is used with a surface resistance meter to take volume resistance, point-to-point resistance, surface resistance and resistance-to-ground measurements.

The Concentric Ring Probe (Ref: ANSI/ESD STM11.12) can measure the volume resistance of planar materials using a flat conductive metal plate (included).

The Concentric Ring Probe may be used for the resistance measurements of ESD packaging including static shielding and other bags.  The full part number is 7220.880.SET
