The general purpose mop system is equipped with everything you need to clean your cleanroom environment sufficiently. Our budget grade mop system includes (1) TruClean swivel mop frame, The frame is constructed with heavy duty 304 Stainless Steel. Easily maneuver over floors, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and confined areas such as corners or stairs. The low-profile design makes for easy and efficient cleaning under workstations or other hard to reach areas.

The quick squeeze, frame-locking mechanism allows contaminated mop heads to be easily replaced. The mop handle is a fixed handle with a 60" length. Smooth finish is pleasant to the touch, even in cold conditions. Impervious to water, grease, gasoline, detergents, sanitizer, and solvents. Will not rot, corrode or oxidize. Available in white only. Overall Length: 60”.

The blue polyurethane sponge mop is specially formulated grade of polyurethane foam designed specifically for use in cleanroom and sterile environments. Ideal for applying cleaning and disinfecting solution to floors, walls, and ceilings. Clean and disinfect a full 16" x 5" area with a single pass. Thick-bodied sponge conforms to variation and protects delicate surfaces. Exceptional abrasion and tear resistance. Rinses clean and dries quickly. Compatible with gamma, ethylene oxide, and autoclave sterilization - up to 250°F for 30 minutes. Dampen prior to autoclaving.

The mop bucket is designed specifically for no touch wringing of microfiber flat mops. It features an ergonomic design that does not require any bending or pulling. This mop bucket has a smooth, non-porous surface that helps prevent bacterial growth and cleans up easily. This mop bucket accommodates mop pads up to 18" long, and has a 10 gallon maximum capacity. Bucket also comes with a lid to keep contents from splashing while in motion.

Cleanroom mop cover fits securely over the sponge mop PF-22-34. Together, they provide a simple and efficient vehicle for applying cleaning solutions to large surface areas without compromising particulate control and wiping protocols. Excellent surface coherence. The TruCLEAN Cover provides an unprecedented level of quality assurance and cleaning performance. The soft cover is knitted from 100% continuous filament polyester. The double-knit, no-run interlock design guarantees the maximum in abrasion resistance. Ultra-low particle generation and extractables. Excellent chemical and microbial resistance. TruCLEAN Cover is compatible with gamma, ETO and autoclave sterilization.
