The single wafer shippers accommodate 50mm or 2" wafers. Each wafer shipper is cleaned after molding in DI water and packaged in a cleanroom. The container is cleanroom and wafer ready. All of the parts are new.  

WAFER SHIPPER FEATURES

•  For shipping and storage of 50mm wafers
•  Positive closure
•  Holds one wafer facedown
•  Wafer face contact is on the edge only
•  Eight spring cushion holds the wafer
•  Overall size: 62mm x 62mm x 14mm
•  Stackable
•  Manufactured from standard polypropylene material which does not have any ESD properties
•  ESD safe (black) polypropylene carriers are available

Polypropylene (PP) Properties:
•  Translucent/milky white (can be colored)
•  Low dielectric constant (insulating)
•  Not hygroscopic (water absorption <0.01%)
•  Continuous use temperature limit: 55 C
•  Melting temperature: 164 C
•  Specific gravity: 0.9g/cm^3
•  Chemical resistance: IPA OK, Acetone OK

Shipping Instructions: The wafer shipper can ship via UPS or FedEx. The order ships collect or prepay and add to the invoice. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the "comments Box" when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charge.
