Cleanroom Mirrors -  Smooth Corners - Stainless Steel Frame - Radiused Edges - 18" Wide x 30" High - AS-20650-1830   

When cleanroom team members gown to enter the cleanroom it is important to meet ISO standards and follow IEST Recommended Practice CC003: Garment System Considerations for Cleanrooms and Other Controlled Environments.  A mirror installed in the gowning room will ensure hair is tucked into the bouffant cap or hood and garments are properly fitted. The cleanroom mirror has a one piece channel frame, 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" (13 x13 x13 mm), made of 20 gauge type 304 satin finish stainless steel. The frame is roll formed and has a tight mitered corner.  Gowning room mirrors are installed on two wall brackets and held secure by theft resistant screws.  Plate glass glazing is #1 quality, 1/4" thick, hermetically sealed with a uniform copper plating attached to an expanded polyethylene microcell foam material, abrasion resistant, shock absorbing and water resistant.  Cleanroom mirror size is width (Horizontal) x height (Vertical) for mounting holes.  Mounting brackets are for mounting the mirror for a full length view. 

CLEANROOM MIRRORS FEATURE
•  Gowning room mirror frame: 18-8, type 304, 20 gauge stainless steel with rolled formed one piece construction.  Exposed surfaces have a #4 satin finish.  Edges and corners are burr free.
•  Glass: Standard glazing is #1 quality, 1/4" (6.4mm) thick plate/float, silver coated and hermetically sealed with a uniform copper plating and warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years.
•  Filler: Expanded polyethylene microcell foam sheet material, abrasion resistant, shock absorbing and water resistant, 1/8" (3.2mm) total layer thickness.

CLEANROOM MIRROR HANGING INSTALLATION
Install "H" wall brackets level and plumb per diagram location using ONLY #8 or #10 pan head screws (by others).  Hang mirror on brackets and tighten locking screw (#6-32F x 3/4" philips pan head, supplied separately taped to mirror back) at bottom (note: this screw should be started prior to hanging the mirror on the wall bracket).  For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, bottom edge of reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" (1016mm) above finished floor.  Brackets on the gowning room mirrors cannot be changed in the field.

Mirrors cannot be returned because of breakage in shipping. Mirrors need to ship prepay & add to the invoice because of breakage.

Shipping Instructions: The smaller size cleanroom mirrors (16"x20", 16"x22", 16"x24", 16"x30", 18"x24", 18"x30", 18"x36", 24"x24", 24"x30", and 24"x36") can ship UPS or Fedex. The order ships collect or prepay and add to the invoice.  Larger size cleanroom mirrors ship via LTL truck. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out.  Customer is responsible for the freight charge.
