Electropolished gowning benches are made for the stringent cleanroom environments. Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that smooths the microscopic surface of the stainless steel by removing metal. The basic surface is left bright, clean and has a "mirror like" finish. Electropolished stainless steel is an excellent choice for a critical clean environment. Solid gowning benches feature legs with flange stainless steel feet, front-to-back cross bracing, and a 14 gauge stainless steel seat. The gowning benches are a brush finish 304 stainless steel.  Special attention is made to ensure welds are smooth and clean. The flange feet which can be bolted to the floor.

•  Front and rear feature a rolled edge with ends turned down at 90º

•  17" (432 mm) overall height
•  Stainless steel channels run underside for added stability

•  Legs: 16 gauge 316 stainless steel
•  Foot plates: Heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, flanged. Allows for bench to be bolted to the floor
•  Holds up to 500 pounds

Shipping Instructions: The three smaller size electropolished 316 stainless steel gowning benches (36", 48" and 60") will ship UPS or FedEx.  Ships in one box. Gowning bench weights: 36" = 28 lbs., 48"= 34 lbs., 60" = 41 lbs., 72" = 48 lbs., 84" = 54 lbs. The 72" and 84", as well as orders with multiple gowning benches will ship by common carrier truck. The order can ship collect or prepay and add to the invoice. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charges.
