Our freestanding double wide gowning racks are designed for efficient storage of garments in the cleanroom.  The stainless steel construction offers a non-contaminating surface that eliminates particle shedding.  The electropolished models feature electrochemically passivated surfaces for the most demanding requirements.  Gowning racks are 75" high.  Hanger slots are standard 3" centers.  Prices do not include hangers. 

GOWNING RACKS DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
•  14 gauge hanger rails with hanger slots spaced on standard 3" (76mm) centers
•  Vertical supports are constructed of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel 1½" (38mm) square tubing, fully welded
•  Four adjustable feet are constructed to dissipate a static charge
•  Horizontal support bolted to vertical uprights using stainless steel bolts.  Constructed of 1" (25mm) O.D. type 304 stainless steel tubing with heavy gauge stainless steel backing plate.  The bolts are covered with a stainless steel cap to eliminate any crevasses in which dust might settle
•  Standard 2" (51mm) diameter, nylon dissipative feet ½" (13mm) adjustability.  Optional foot plates available to affix gowning rack to the floor
•  Available with removable or non removable hanger construction
•  Finishes available are type 304 stainless steel with #4 satin or electropolished finish
•  Hanger rail is constructed of heavy gauge 304 stainless steel with hanger slots located every 3" (76mm) along the length of the rail
•  Single, dual and cantilever sytles available
•  Shipped knocked down, saving on freight cost and damages

Shipping Instructions: The gowning racks will ship UPS or Fedex. Gowning racks weights:  48"= 59 lbs, 60" = 68 lbs, 72" = 77 lbs, 84"= 86 lbs. The order can ship collect or prepay and add to the invoice. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out. Customer is responsible for the freight charges.
