The heat sealer is designed for medium duty applications which would require sealing up to a few thousand polyethylene, polypropylene and other film laminates bags per day. This impulse heat sealer is equipped with a magnetic hold down device that ensures consistent seals independently of the operator. A special features of the heat sealer is that it can be operated by hand or with an optional foot pedal. Other models are motorized to automatically close the seal bars with the gentle push of the pedal. This heat sealer can work with pre-made bags or tubing. The machine can produce various lengths of bags by using the integrated cutter. Easy maintenance allows the seal bar to be replaced in less than a minute.

Sealing cycle is started by pushing down the seal bar or by using the optional foot pedal. The magnetic bars remain closed throughout the sealing and cooling cycle and then automatically open.

HEAT SEALER TYPES OF SEALS

•  Industrial Seal #MGMI: 5 mm wide, sealing wire is fastened with tensioners to prevent distortion
•  Bi-active #MGMDIS: Two sealing bars, one in the arm and one in the machine.  Provides a more powerful seal which can seal thick films up to 2 x 0.25 mm.

HEAT SEALER - MOTORIZED OPTION
•  Motorized heat sealer model MGM is powered by an electrical motor and equipped with an electrical foot switch.  This special feature closes the sealing jaws with a slight push on the pedal and provides a consistent and even seal.
