Berkshire wipes SatPax® 3000 two-ply polyester sealed edge cleanroom laundered wipers are composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric with various concentrations of isopropyl alcohol. The wiper is manufactured utilizing semiconductor grade IPA and RO/DI/H2O filtered to 0.3 micron.
