This impulse tabletop heat sealer model is designed for medium duty use, up to 2,000-3,000 bags per day. The impulse heat sealers can seal polyethylene, polypropylene and other film laminates bags. A magnetic hold-down device on the heat sealer ensures consistent seals every time. The motorized tabletop heat sealer can be operated by hand or with a foot pedal (optional).

You can start the seal cycle by pushing down the seal bar or by touching the foot pedal. The magnetic bars on the heat sealer remain closed throughout the sealing and cooling cycle and then automatically open. 

Pre-made bags or tubing can be used with this heat sealer, and thanks to an integrated cuter, the sealer can produce various lengths of bags. The seal bar on the heat sealer can be replaced in less than a minute, which makes maintenance quick and easy.

TABLETOP HEAT SEALER TYPES OF SEALS
•  Standard Seal: 3 mm wide
•  Industrial Seal #MGMI: 5 mm wide, sealing wire is fastened with tensioners to prevent distortion
•  Bi-active #MGMDIS: Two sealing bars, one in the arm and one in the machine.  Provides a more powerful seal which can seal thick films up to 2 x 0.25 mm.

TABLE TOP HEAT SEALER - MOTORIZED OPTION
•  Motorized heat sealer model MGM is powered by an electrical motor and equipped with an electrical foot switch.  This special feature closes the sealing jaws with a slight push on the pedal and provides a consistent and even seal.
