The unique cleanroom tape were designed specifically for use in the aerospace and semiconductor industries. The tape is manufactured out of polyethylene material and has an synthetic rubber adhesive. The tape is manufactured to not contain latex, silicon, melamine and other specific additives listed in the product statement below.  Operators will like the easy release from the roll, ease of handling, low static charge on unwind and excellent conformability. The tape is offered in two levels of cleanliness. The first follows the clean manufacturing process, each roll is individually wrapped in cleanroom polyethylene bags, then double bagged in packs - Level 10. Product code WW-1154. The standard version for less critical environments - Level 1000 - has single bag packaging. Product code WW-0154. The aerospace / semiconductor tapes adhere lightly to plastics for easy removal without residue. The cleanroom tape contains extremely low leachable materials, eliminating the concern of contamination.

Product Code WW-1154 ISO 4 to ISO 6 and WW-0154 ISO 7 to ISO 8 polyethylene tape formulation's do not contain any of the following substances: latex, silicone, melamine, PCBs, PBBs, DEHP and BPA.
These compounds are not intentionally added to the product during the processing and manufacturing. However, there could be minute trace amounts (ppm scale) of these substances could be present in the product since the acrylic adhesive is one of the ingredients that is used in various other products manufactured.

The key difference between natural and synthetic rubber lies in their origin and chemical composition. Natural rubber is derived from the latex of rubber trees, while synthetic rubber is man-made, typically from petroleum-based chemical. This fundamental difference leads to variations in properties, with synthetic rubber often offering superior strength, resistance to certain environmental factors and customizability for specific applications.
