Description Cleanroom Bags - Clear Nylon - 2.0 mil - 31" x 36" - Level 100 - 25/Pack - CFB-5000-3136-2Mil-PACK A Front Opening Unified Pod or FOUP wafer carrier box used in a semiconductor manufacturing process line is used to transport and transfer wafers within the fab. When taken outside of the fab area the FOUP can first be packaged in a cleanroom nylon bag. The nylon material is not a moisture barrier bag. It is used to ensure the FOUP is not opened outside of the cleanroom. The Nylon and Anti-Static Nylon products are fabricated of Nylon 6, a polyamide. Nylon 6 has the maximum stiffness, strength and heat-resistance of all the nylons, and is therefore the most commonly used nylon for a variety of applications. The nylon film creates excellent primary barriers for packaging electronics, pharmaceutical products, and precision bearings and components. Cleanroom Nylon 2.0 mil clear Nylon. Bags are available in a variety of sizes. Double bagged packaged, sealed with 25 bags per pack. Custom sizes are available for custom runs.
