A Front Opening Unified Pod or FOUP wafer carrier box used in a semiconductor manufacturing process line is used to transport and transfer wafers within the fab. When taken outside of the fab area the FOUP can first be packaged in a cleanroom rated bag. The PET Foil material is a moisture barrier bag. It is used to ensure the FOUP is not opened outside of the cleanroom. 

The PET Foil Moisture Barrier Bags are ideal for protecting against moisture and corrosion. PET Foil Bags are excellent where a high barrier film is needed with a low water vapor transmission rate. 

Cleanroom Nylon 2.0 mil clear Nylon. Bags are available in a variety of sizes. Double bagged packaged, sealed with 25 bags per pack. Custom sizes are available for custom runs.
