Folding handle truck in push/pull mode the handle is tilted allowing truck to be pulled or pushed. In the dolly mode the handle folds flush with surface of the deck allowing truck to be used as a dolly without cargo coming in contact with the handle. Cargo stays flat and secure on the deck. Folding handle truck comes with two swivel, and 2 rigid 5" non-marking rubber wheels.
