Cleanroom Mirrors - Stainless Steel Frame - Mitered Corners - 18"W x 36"H - AS-0620-1836

The channel frame cleanroom mirrors have a one piece 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" x 1⁄2" (13 x13 x13 mm) 20 gauge type 304 satin finish stainless steel roll formed member that encases the mirror and backing revealing a tight mitered corner. Mirror is installed on two wall brackets and held secure by theft resistant screw.  Gowning room mirror plate glass glazing is #1 quality, 1/4" thick, hermetically sealed with a uniform copper plating attached to an expanded polyethylene microcell foam sheet material, abrasion resistant and shock absorbing and water resistant. Cleanroom mirror size is width (Horizontal) x Height (Vertical) for mounting holes.  Mounting brackets are for mounting the mirror for a full length view.

CLEANROOM MIRROR FEATURES
•  Gowning room mirror frame: 18-8, type 304, 20 gauge stainless steel channel is a rolled-formed one piece construction. Frame encases mirror and backing with tight mitered corners. Exposed surfaces have a #4 satin finish.  Edges and corners are burr free.
•  Glass:  Standard glazing is #1 quality, 1/4" (6.4mm) thick plate/float, silver coated and hermetically sealed with a uniform copper plating and warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years. 
•  Filler:  Expanded polyethylene microcell foam sheet material, abrasion resistant and shock absorbing, water resistant, 1/8" (3.2mm) total layer thickness

CLEANROOM MIRROR HANGING INSTALLATION
Install "H" wall brackets level and plumb per diagram location using ONLY #8 or #10 pan head screws (by others).  Hang gowning room mirror on brackets and tighten locking screw (#6-32F x 3/4" philips pan head, supplied separately taped to mirror back) at bottom (note: this screw should be started prior to hanging the mirror on the wall bracket). For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, bottom edge of reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" (1016mm) above finished floor. Gowning room mirror mounting brackets cannot be changed reversing the direction the mirror is mounted.

Gowning room mirrors cannot be returned because of breakage in shipping. Mirrors need to ship prepay & add to the invoice because of breakage.

Shipping Instructions: The smaller size cleanroom mirrors (16"x20", 16"x22", 16"x24", 16"x30", 18"x24", 18"x30" and 24"x24") can ship UPS or Fedex. The order ships collect or prepay and add to the invoice.  Larger size cleanroom mirrors ship via LTL truck. If shipping collect, add your freight account number in the “Comments Box” when checking out.  Customer is responsible for the freight charge.
