The ME-BT-645 is a compact battery operated particle counter with 6 selectable size channels, built in printer, in a portable stainless steel case. Flow rate is 1.0 cfm (28.3 lpm) and is maintained with volumetric flow control.  Has a large size display with very large characters, audio alarm, and internal printer that work together to verify particulate levels. If the particle count exceeds a pre-set limit, the audible alarm will beep, the screen display will flash and the printer will print the alarm value. Two programmable count alarm limits may be set. Six programmable particle size ranges (0.3 to 10 microns. Store over 8,000 sample events. Sample history events can be viewed or printed and download to a computer using Particle View software or simple ASCll terminal commands. Connectivity is built in for both digital (RS-232, RS-485) and analog output (0-5 VDC). The ME-BT-620 also includes a memory stick port. The printer has two modes of operation. print sample, and recall data. Convenient size and lightweight for portability with full feature set for desk top operation. Built in battery provides 8 hours of typical use and 4 hours of continuous. Connect the AC adapter/charger for longer operation and battery charging. A plug and play option can immediately add ambient temperature and relative humidity capabilities to displayed and logged data.

Optical Sensor
A laser optical sensor is used to detect and measure particulate concentrations up to 100 milligrams per cubic meter. The continuous flow optical sensor is combine with purge air to ensure accurate measurements in adverse environments

Rugged Design
The optical sensor, matched electronics and back-lit display are enclosed in a rugged metal enclosure to protect the instrument from normal daily use.

Data Storage
The internal data-logger will store over 28,000 samples. Sample history events can be viewed on the display or downloaded to a computer using Comet software.

Battery Operation
The internal battery pack provides over ten hours of continuous operation. Battery recharge time is approximately 2.5 hours.

Optional Inlets
The standard unit is supplied with a TSP inlet. Optional sampling inlets are available for PM2.5, PM1, and PM10.
