The starter kit comes equipped with all necessary cleaning agents and products to keep your environment protected. Our Cleanroom World starter kit comes with (1) polyester string mop. The unique ribbing of the mop strands provides both low linting and absorbent properties. The durable polyester allows the mop to be used with strong disinfectants.

The mop handle is designed strictly for string mops. The handle is orange in color and fixed at 64" long and is manufactured with a fiberglass/polypropylene construction. The nova floor cleaner is an outstanding all-purpose cleaner. With no mobile ions the NovaClean will not generate a static charge and with no residue build up it will not affect the efficiency of conductive flooring. The fine filtration and purity of NovaClean applications thrive in the Pharmaceutical and BioTech industries as detergent in 'neutral cleans' when a kill rate is not required.

The starter kit comes with (3) different types of cleanroom wipes, 1 of which is pre-saturated.

The mop bucket is designed specifically for no touch wringing of microfiber flat mops. It features an ergonomic design that does not require any bending or pulling. This mop bucket has a smooth, non-porous surface that helps prevent bacterial growth and cleans up easily. This mop bucket accommodates mop pads up to 18" long, and has a 10 gallon maximum capacity. Bucket also comes with a lid to keep contents from splashing while in motion.

ESD wash bottle has an average surface resistivity of 10‾9 and 10‾10 and does not have any less desirable features associated with surfactant laden material. These bottles will dissipate a static charge of +/-5000 V in less than 2 seconds. By their chemical nature they will not have any chemical reactivity with solvents such as TCE or alcohol. The pH of the deionized water solutions tested were the same before and after a seven day period. Helps to meet ESD-TR20.20-2000.

The sticky floor mat is a 30 layer mat. The mat surface removes particulate matter from shoes and casters before they enter the controlled environment. The adhesive mat has 30 layers of tough thin polyethylene film. Each layer is coated with a lower tack adhesive which removes dirt and bacteria particles. Each mat has a full surface adhesive backing to secure direct to floor without the need of a frame. Each tacky mat comes with 30 sticky sheets, as well as a protective top sheet which you remove to expose the first sticky sheet. There’s also a sheet on the bottom that makes the tacky mat adhere to the  floor. This bottom sheet is also covered with a protective sheet. When you’re ready to place the tacky mat onto the floor, be sure to only remove the bottom protective sheet. DO NOT remove the bottom tacky sheet (if you do, the mat won’t stick to the floor).
